At Larose Couture, every garment is handled with meticulous care and refined craftsmanship. Our collections are distributed internationally through coordinated logistics networks in direct association with our flagship registered ateliers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Order Processing & Quality Inspection

In-stock and ready-to-wear creations require 1 to 3 business days to process before dispatch. Prior to shipment, each piece undergoes individual garment inspection, gentle steaming, and protective archival preparation to ensure it arrives in impeccable condition. Once your parcel has cleared quality control and is handed over to our courier, you will receive an automated dispatch notification with real-time tracking details.

Domestic & Regional Delivery Timelines

  • United States: Standard tracked courier delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days (or 3 to 7 business days for express priority or domestic hub fulfillment). Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all US orders over $250.
  • United Kingdom & Europe: Standard tracked delivery typically takes 7 to 9 business days (or 5 to 8 business days via standard express courier). Complimentary standard shipping is provided on UK orders over £200.
  • Within Asia: Delivery across Asia typically takes 3 to 10 business days (regional express destinations arrive in 3 to 5 business days; broader regional transit takes 5 to 10 business days).
  • Canada, Australia & Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 7 to 12 business days via international tracked courier services.

Luxury Discreet Packaging

To preserve elegance, privacy, and garment security, all orders are dispatched in reinforced, weather-resistant luxury presentation cartons without external commercial identifiers or third-party manufacturer markings. The interior features acid-free archival protective wrap and a branded garment dust cover.

Signature & Delivery Verification

To guarantee the safe arrival of high-value pieces, all shipments require signature verification upon delivery. If no authorized recipient is available at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions for rescheduling or collection at your local depot.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & REGIONAL COVERAGE

Larose Couture provides dedicated express courier delivery to our clientele across all major global markets:

  • United States: 5 to 10 business days (3 to 7 business days via express priority).
  • Europe & United Kingdom: 7 to 9 business days (5 to 8 business days via standard express courier).
  • Within Asia & Middle East: 3 to 10 business days (regional express 3 to 5 business days; broader Asia 5 to 10 business days, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Hong Kong).
  • Canada, Australia & Rest of the World: 7 to 12 business days via international tracked courier partners.

Upon dispatch, your tracking reference will be emailed immediately, allowing you to monitor each stage of your parcel’s transit in real time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES PRIVILEGE

We take pride in the design integrity and finishing of every Larose Couture piece. If you wish to return or exchange an eligible ready-to-wear garment, we are pleased to offer a 14-day return window from the date your shipment is delivered.

Eligibility & Return Conditions

  • Garments must be returned in their original, brand-new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any makeup, perfumes, or marks.
  • All original Larose Couture brand tags, security ribbon seals, fabric care labels, and packaging elements must remain intact.
  • Items with broken security tags or evidence of wear cannot be refunded and will be returned to the client.
  • Bespoke commissions, custom alterations, made-to-measure gowns, and intimate accessories are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our client concierge by email at hello@larosecouture.shop or telephone at +44 7400 754274 within 14 days of delivery to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number and return manifest.
  2. Our concierge team will verify your order and provide specific return instructions for your nearest atelier facility.
  3. Carefully package the item and return it via an insured, trackable courier service. Please retain your postal tracking receipt as proof of return dispatch.

REFUND PROCESSING & TERMS

Inspection & Approval

Upon arrival at our atelier return facility, returned items are inspected by our quality assurance team within 2 to 3 business days to verify garment condition and label integrity.

Refund Issuance

Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an automated email confirmation detailing the completed transaction. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to post to your account statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in rare cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such instances, Larose Couture provides a prepaid collection label and immediate replacement or complete refund.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For shipments across Europe, Asia, and North America, our logistics partners utilize established commercial customs routes to minimize border delays. Orders dispatched outside our domestic operational bases may be subject to local import taxes, customs tariffs, or clearance fees determined by destination customs authorities.

Unless indicated as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) at checkout, international consignments are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis. The recipient is responsible for any applicable local customs clearance charges required by regional authorities.
