Welcome to Larose Couture. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website (larosecouture.shop / terostore.merareport.com), mobile platforms, and our bespoke couture services.
By accessing our boutique, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENT
Order Acceptance
All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Larose Couture. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity. Order confirmation emails signify receipt of your order but do not constitute formal acceptance until products are dispatched.
Pricing & Currency
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable store currency. While we strive to ensure accurate pricing across all listings, technical errors may occasionally occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order with an immediate full refund.
Payment Security
Payment must be tendered at the time of purchase using our approved payment methods, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. Transactions are processed via certified, encrypted payment gateways. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment instrument.
3. BESPOKE & MADE-TO-MEASURE COMMISSIONS
Larose Couture provides bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom tailoring services crafted to exact client measurements and fabric specifications.
Production & Approvals
Before bespoke garment production commences, our atelier team will confirm all measurements, sketches, and fabrication details with the client. Due to the highly individualized nature of bespoke craftsmanship, bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded once fabric cutting and atelier construction have begun.
Fitting & Adjustments
Should minor fitting refinements be required upon receipt of your bespoke piece, our tailoring team will consult with you to coordinate necessary alterations.
4. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & TITLE
We provide insured tracked shipping across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and international destinations via premier logistics partners.
Order Processing & Delivery Estimates
In-stock ready-to-wear items require 1 to 3 business days for order processing, inspection, and dispatch. Typical transit times are 5 to 10 business days for the United States (3 to 7 business days for express or domestic hub fulfillment), 7 to 9 business days for Europe and the United Kingdom (5 to 8 business days via standard express courier), 3 to 10 business days within Asia (3 to 5 business days for regional express; 5 to 10 business days for broader Asia), and 7 to 12 business days for other international destinations. Stated timeframes are estimates; Larose Couture is not liable for external carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or regional customs inspections. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon documented courier delivery to your specified address.
Customs & Import Duties
For international shipments outside our primary domestic jurisdictions, any applicable local customs tariffs, import taxes, or clearance fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser. Please review our Delivery and Returns policy for complete details.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Eligible ready-to-wear garments may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided all return criteria set out in our Delivery and Returns Policy are fulfilled.
All returned items must be pristine, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by original packaging, dust covers, and unbroken security tags. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content available on this website—including but not limited to apparel designs, couture patterns, trademarks, logos, brand names, visual illustrations, photographs, video content, written copy, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Larose Couture or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content or designs from this website without express written permission from Larose Couture.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Larose Couture disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Larose Couture, its directors, employees, or atelier partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, or from any products purchased through the platform.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions, and any contracts concluded under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the substantive laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or transactions conducted on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales or the state/federal courts located in the United States.
